Training sessions are individualized to meet each client's personal needs and goals.
Helping you to build strength and flexibility to enhance your day to day life as well as improving your endurance and conditioning for your chosen hobbies and past-times.

Zoom training sessions are individualized to meet each client's goals while using the equipment that you have at home. We do recommend at a minimum investing in a yoga mat and set of 2lb & 5lb weights.
One on One Outdoor Sessions in the Kelowna Area
Take your training sessions outdoors into one of the many beautiful parks through out the city. Outdoor training sessions are individualized to meet each client's goals with the option of using your own equipment or we can provide it for you.
*We do require that you provide your own mat or blanket for outdoor workouts.
